The idea:

We decided to take the backpack on a trail run. The purposes is to test and demonstrate the true capacity. Front pockets are easy accessible to running gel, mobile phone and water bottles. The back pack is large enough to fit a spare pair of shoes and some dry clothes. Perfect solution for a long run in any condition.
