RUNNING IN THE SNOW IS FUN!

This would be my first run in snow ever! I was so excited to see heavy snow falling down London sky for the first time in 2021. I am glad that my friend Emma was up for this adventure with me.

It is brand new conditions for many runners out there! We decided to pair up to run, in case if there is any falling over.

Both of us use this opportunity to do a recovery run and a scenery run. We wrapped ourself warm and set 9K goad for a jog. Surprisingly, there were many runners on the road. The white London scenery and smiles on people’s face, you forget about the cold and wet ground.

I haven’t had a chilled a run for a while. Today was the perfect day for it!

I am not an expert on running in snow but I would say, take your time and be brave at what nature throws at you. I have no regret taking this journey and press “START” on the running app.

The whole experience was pleasant and enjoyable. DO WRAP YOURSELF WARM AND GET A PAIR OF GORE-TEX RUNNING SHOES. It worked like a treat in this a snow condition!

If you would like to see my result of my run, I will post it in our forum.
