When Sustainability Meets Elite Running Shoes - AlphaFly Next Nature

Nike has announced their first MoveToZero running performance shoes. It is called AlphaFly Next Nature.

Move To Zero is Nike’s movement to target at wasted and leftover materials from manufacturers and Nike AlphaFly Next% is a shoe that Eliud Kipchoge was wearing to break the 2-hour marathon barrier.

The AlphaFly Next Nature consists of at least 50 percent total recycled content by weight, making it Nike’s boldest move yet in merging sustainability and performance.

The toe upper area is made of Nike famous Flyknit and middle upper is a hybrid of Flyprint and Flyknit textile. Zoom Air pods used leftover waste from those Zoom Air pods. The ZoomX midsole, which was made with at least 70 percent recycled materials by weight.

Nike AlphaFly Next Nature is due to release late September with extreme limited quantities.
