Age/Location: 26, London

Running Experience: Intermediate/ Regular Runner

Goal: Berlin Marathon 2021. Leading up to this main goal I’ll also be participating in the Hackney Half Marathon and Asics London 10K.

Running Routine: Currently coming back from an IT band Injury. Running 3/4 times a week with walk breaks, to ease myself back into it. The Plan is to hopefully up the image in the spring/summer in prep for Berlin Marathon.

I incorporate regular strength and conditioning training to help with the IT band.

Running Gear: Nike Vaporfly/Alphafly and the Infinity Run for long/recovery runs.

Apple Watch with Nike Run Club App/Strava.

Any tips/advice/fun facts: I learnt the hard way for how important strength and conditioning training is to accompany a marathon program.

Best Running Experience: It has to be my first London Marathon in 2018. The crowd and atmosphere are just incredible - the buzz you get when a stranger shouts your name to cheer you on. Another proud running moment was when I got my first sub 40 min 10K at the Asics London 10K in 2019.

Goal: Running Half Marathon in 2021

Running Routine: Weekdays interval run, weekends long run and strength/fitness Monday to Friday

Any tips/advice/fun facts: Running is a progress with dedications. Motivate yourself or run with a partner. Understand your body before pushing to the limits.

Age/Location:  40-50, London

Running Experience: I started in my 30s and have been running for 12 years. After the birth of our second son, I hardly got to use my gym subscription. Running is much easier - have shoes, run anywhere!

Goal: Postponed 2020 Royal Parks Half due in April 21 - looking unlikely, so I will focus on improving my 10K time.

What do you enjoy most about running and the running community: It's a great way to start the day, I love exploring the city and the endorphin rush it gives me. My favourite is a long run whilst chatting to a friend.

Running Routine: I try to run 3 times a week. Supposed to be training for a postponed half marathon, so I crack out an interval session, mid distance run and a long run. I have one personal training session a week and one session of strength/conditioning.

Running Gear: ASICS - Gel Kayanos are great for my hyper mobility.

What has been your best running experience? 2018 Royal Parks Half Marathon, breaking 1h50.

Any tips/advice/fun facts? Variety is key to sustain enjoyment, as is balance with strength and conditioning work to improve endurance and sharpness.

Later days, Arran (a London based runner) has joined Jerry for the creativity side of Vaporfly Account.

Nowadays, running has become cool and trendy. We have expanded our brand further with runners focused @CuratedForRunners. A brand that curates all for all type of runners with information on new tech, shoes and trending topics. We have also worked on curating all carbon plate running shoes on the market with @CarbonPlateRun.

We have worked campaigns with Nike, Top4Running and other retailers.
